Sousou Lab

Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Chroma, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Chroma is distributed through the App Store. Unless Chroma is covered by a separate custom end user license agreement, your use of Chroma is also subject to the Apple Standard EULA.

License

Sousou Lab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Chroma on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security, licensing, or access controls in Chroma, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be limited by these terms.

Paid Features

Chroma may offer paid features, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid access through Apple.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trials, taxes, refunds, cancellation, and payment processing are handled by Apple and are shown before purchase. You can manage purchases and subscriptions through your Apple ID or App Store account settings.

If Chroma offers an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew automatically unless you cancel it according to Apple's subscription rules before the renewal date.

Your Photos

Photos you capture or save with Chroma belong to you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to capture, store, edit, and share your photos and other content.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, and the rules of any place where you take photographs.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Chroma for unlawful activity, harassment, surveillance that violates applicable law, infringement, or any activity that interferes with the app, Apple services, or another person's rights.

You may not attempt to access paid features without authorization or use Chroma in a way that damages, disables, or overloads the app or related services.

Availability

Chroma is provided as is. Sousou Lab works to keep the app stable, but does not guarantee that Chroma will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, system version, camera, shooting condition, or future platform change.

Sousou Lab may update, change, suspend, or remove features when needed for technical, legal, product, or security reasons.

Privacy

See the Chroma Privacy Policy for app data handling.

In the current version, Chroma processes photos, camera previews, preferences, optional location metadata, and capture history locally on your device.

Changes

Sousou Lab may update these Terms of Use when Chroma changes or when legal, technical, or business requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when the terms change.

If you continue using Chroma after updated terms are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
